Conferences
What is the focus in looking at the relationship between business and disability in our society? How do we move disabilities away from being differences and moving towards making them assets in entrepreneurial innovation? To answer these questions, I offer two conferences:
Management of differences
Objectives and Themes of the conference:
- Understanding disability and its place in the context of an organization: from historical perspectives of fairness to the consolidation of disability and incapacity; everyone has disabilities, and the significance of focusing on personality and ideas.
- Accept the difference: from denial to acceptance, tips and tricks to bridge the gap and be comfortable.
- Overcome the restraint on perceived opportunities: working differently and being more effective; tangible examples of assets in being different in terms of management and technological innovation.
Moving from difference to asset for entrepreneurship end innovation
Objectives and themes of the conference:
- From the concept to creation: validation of ideas, acquiring skills, financing
- Capitalizing on your differences: from acceptance to creation; transforming your differences into assets
- Share, without judgment, the life of an entrepreneur: successes, mistakes, benefits and difficulties…
These two conferences are available in several formats: lecture, followed by questions and answers ; workshops; forums/open discussions.
Exchanges are based upon:
- The book « Start with a Difference » (Favorite winner of the Jury’s Choice Advancia Award – CCIP Entrepreneurship Book 2007)
- The funny/humorous videos « I can’t believe my eyes »

I propose to help you define and validate your products and services.
Definition :
- Proposal for innovative concepts, from collection to user requirements
- CDefinition/Framing the concept
- Experimentation/ prototyping

Digital accessibility
Because information and communication technologies are ubiquitous in our daily lives, they must be accessible to all audiences». To assist you in implementing accessibility of your digital services, I propose to make user testing with assistive technologies (speech synthesis, Braille).
These tests will consider and be in compliance with the following standards and laws:
- International technical recommendations of the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) and WAI (Web Accessibility Initiatives);
- Laws on eAccessibility: section 508 of United States Code, European directives and Article 47 of the French law of February 11, 2005 on « equal rights and opportunities, participation and citizenship of people with disabilities »

Program videos: I can’t believe my eyes
The videos I can’t believe my eyes take a humorous view on the relationship between the able-bodied and disabled.
Who has not felt silly not knowing how to react to a disabled person? You know, the social « blunders » like, Oh my God, I said, it jumped out at me , « it appears obvious » to a blind person?
I can’t believe my eyes is based upon real situations which are funny, sometimes surprising, but never offensive. Season 1, launched in October 2010 and composed of 12 videos of 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds, was dedicated to visual disabilities, particularly blindness.
I can’t believe my eyes aims to change attitudes and create a connection between the able-bodied and the disabled. These videos are offered to companies and organizations for internal communications (employee awareness) or external communication (recruitment, public image, and company reputation).
The program developed from my association with Guillaume Buffet Federated in which we created a real team (the production of « the storytellers » which consisted of writers, directors, actors, and project management, …).
